When Things Seem Frazzled…
Are you feeling frazzled? Do things seem to be going in reverse? Does your life seem a bit stressful?
You get the idea, right?
When this is happening to me, I’ve found that resorting to familiar tools often helps me through these rough bouts.
Here are the resources I’ve found to help both for me and my patients:
*Acupuncture – if you have not tried it, or it’s been a while, then please check out my testimonials about how acupuncture really helps to relax you. (Link is below.)
*Meditation – Even if you only have 5 minutes to sit down and close your eyes, or stare at a candle, it goes a long way towards centering and relaxing. You don’t need to be an expert. And even if your mind is active….. it’s still relaxing for your nervous system.
*Eating at regular intervals to keep your blood sugar stable. When you don’t eat regularly, a diet of high quality foods and protein, your blood sugar will fluctuate. This stresses out the nervous system and causes many other health problems. (diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and many other problems.)
*Exercise – even if it’s just walking for 20-30 minutes daily, it helps a lot with reducing your stress levels. If you don’t have time, then try to work it into your day. Take the stairs, park further from your destination, take a short break at work, instead of watching TV at night, take a short walk, etc.)
*Supplements – Among the many supplements for stress, these are a few of my favorites: Stress Factors (2, 2X per day); ZenMind (1, 2X per day); Cat’s Claw (1, 2X per day); Turmeric/Curcumin (1, 3X per day); Extra Vitamin C; Evergreen Herbal Formula Calm (1, 3X per day). *Reading some spiritual literature.
*Watching relaxing YouTube Videos (just search for meditation or relaxation)
*Taking a break to listen to some of your favorite music.
*Dancing, Singing, or doing some other art form that relaxes you.
*Homeopathic Mag phos 6C or Kali phos 6C (5 pills under the tongue, 3X per day) will really help calm and balance and center you.
