Is Acupuncture Painful?
I was chatting with a friend tonight who was telling me how painful her experience was with acupuncture. She didin’t know that I also have been doing acupuncture for 30 years. I was trying to explain to her that acupuncture should NEVER be painful. She was saying how her acupuncturist told her that acupuncture in the neck was always painful.
I said NO NO NO – I treat many people with neck pain and it’s NEVER painful. It’s actually very relaxing and most people fall asleep.
