Happy Holidays ~~ Here are some holiday healthy tips for you and your friends and loved ones.

Overeating and Indigestion: Homeopathic Nux vom 30C – 5 pills, am and pm. Or if you just ate too much, take an immediate dose. Remember that homeopathics are available at any health food store, and are taken under the tongue and dissolved.
Ginger: Use either ginger tea, or ginger capsules for any type of indigestion, gas, bloating, or overeating.
