This includes an approximately 60-70 minute consult by phone and for those who have past blood tests or a lot of supplements or medical history to evaluate. Includes homeopathy which we call classical or constitutional homeopathy, herbal and nutritional discussion and recommendations – followed by optional acupuncture included.

Please be sure to download your intake forms and bring them in with you. A $30 fee will be charged if you want to cancel this after it is processed. If you need to reschedule your appointment time, please give us 48 hours notice or you will be charge the full fee. Thank you.
