Shipping
Consumables
are shipped by Federal Express to guarantee delivery and ensure
freshness of product.
Large items (i.e., Air Purifiers) are shipped via UPS Ground.
Returns
Products
may be returned unopened for credit minus a 15%
restocking fee + shipping fees. For your protection, we cannot accept
opened or unsealed product returns.

What happens if an item or product is not in
stock?
Allow
2 weeks for delivery, although most products will be shipped within
3-4 days.
For larger items (air purifiers and such),
how long does it take to ship
those to me?

What if SOME of my items are in stock and
some aren't?
Do
I have to pay for shipping twice?
You
can choose to wait for all products so that they can be shipped at
once.

What do I do if I receive the wrong
product(s), or it's broken or damaged?
If
any products arrive damaged, broken, or if you were to receive the
wrong
products, please contact us by email to arrange for an exchange. Do not
send
any product back before contacting us for an Return Authorization
Number (RAN).
